At SOOS Atelier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home curation. If your piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original protective wrap and shipping box to ensure safe transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
